Cat Mocha is a popular cat cafe that has many locations throughout Tokyo and other cities including Saitama-shi, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe. MOCHA Harajuku/takeshita street cafe can be especially recommended due to its colorful interior and proximity to Harajuku station. If your schedule allows, it can be advised to visit the cafe during one of the dining times for cats which is 10:30 am and 7:30 pm. This is a rather unique cat cafe that specializes in short-legged breeds. It is located a 2-min walk from the nearby Shakujii-koen Station. If you visit their website (in Japanese), you can find out more about the cafe's cats.


Temari no Ouchi

If you have wondered what a magical cat forest would look like, Temari no Ouchi should be definitely on your list of places to explore. Visiting the cafe during the dining time for cats (between 6 and 7 pm) is a fun experience. Temari no Ouchi can also be reserved for a party. Kichijoji Station is only a 5-minute, making the cafe easily accessible.
